Full Service Fajita Plates:
Beef &
Chicken fajitas are served with chili beans, Spanish rice, fresh
warm flour tortillas, grated American cheese, sour cream, pico de
gallo, tortilla chips, fresh salsa, and freshly brewed iced tea.
Paper plates, meal packets, cups, ice, and artificial sweetener are

Full Service Barbecue
Plates:
Customer selects two or three of the following meats: Award
winning brisket, smoked beef or pork sausage, oven roasted chicken
breast, smoked honey glazed ham, smoked turkey breast, or award
winning slow roasted pork ribs. Side dishes and condiments are: slow
cooked beans, homemade potato salad, cole slaw, sliced pickles,
sliced onions, fresh bread, real barbecue sauce, and freshly brewed
iced tea. Paper plates, meal packets, cups, ice, and sweetener are
also included. Prices vary according to region so call or email for
