Depending upon the type
of event, we recommend one bartender to every 50 guests. Depending
upon whether it is beer, wine, soft drink service or full bar
service the number of bartenders to guests may vary. Beer, wine,
soft drink service is much faster than full bar service due mainly
to the required discussion with each guest relative to available
selections. Also, it takes longer to pour a mixed drink than to pour
a serving of beer or wine.
Some venues require that you have a TABC certified bartender to
serve alcohol to your guests. All of our bartenders are TABC
certified. All of our bartenders are trained in customer service.
They are taught to be proactive. One of our mottos is that we like
to make lemonade out of lemons. With Tropical Treats staff
persons at your function, all you have to worry about is having the
best time possible.
Uniform Standards
Standard uniforms for Tropical Treats staff is: black
shoes, black pants, a white long sleeve oxford shirt & a dark
tie. We believe in looking sharp & professional to your guests
no matter what type of event you are hosting. For formal events, you
may request black slacks & white tuxedo shirt with a bow
